Referral & Reimbursement
We receive both verbal and written referrals from a variety of sources, including individuals, physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes. We contact the patient to assess needs. We submit the proposed care plan to the physicians for approval and signature. In the event we are unable to provide the care needed, we assist in locating an alternate source of aid.
